The different and continuosly-ascending positions at this ranking from the re-opening on May 2005 (June-position 47 and July-position 21 ), after a period of refurbishment of 6 months, are a clear sample of the improvements carried out at the hotel and the great efforts made by all the staff under the new Management of Miss Amparo Gallego.

Whether it's the Spanish, Indian, Caribbean or Mexican a welcome drink, related to the night, is offered to our guests in the main ballroom. Soon after the dining room opens its doors where guests are greeted by the staff dressed in traditional costumes.
