1ST HOTEL GROUP ACQUIRING THE ISO 9001/2000 AND QUALITUR CERTIFICATIONS IN ALL ITS ESTABLISHMENTS
The following objective is to acquire the European EFQM award.
The Magic Costa Blanca group is the first hotel group to acquire the ISO 9001/2000 certificate and the Qualitur certificate for all its tourist establishments and services. These certificates considered the quality principles and the respect of environment in hotels and leisure etablissements.
The results of the certification process show an important increase of the satisfaction indicators of the customers. The establishments of the group were subjected to the lawful technical audience during five days. The auditioned persons were congratulated on their constant worry of improvement as well as on the level of satisfaction of services, kitchens and customers.
ISO 9001 norm represents an international reference in term of management of quality. Its obtaining implicates the regular application of organization parameters to reach the whole satisfaction of the customers and allows to achieve a continuous improvement of the business functioning in the maintenance of these objectives.
The Magic Costa Blanca group, with more than 30 years of experience in this field, a head office in Benidorm and almost one thousand employees, manage directly 5 500 tourist places with nine hotel establishments, six residences of tourist flats and two leisure resorts in the Valence community.

BEGINNING OF MAGIC VILLA VENECIA MODIFICATION, ONCE THE WORK LICENCE OBTAINED
Magic Costa Blanca envisaged to inaugurate the establishment for the next summer 2007. It will be the first 5 stars " Boutique Hôtel " in Benidorm centre.
The Coucil of Benidorm granted the work licence so that the group can start its project in order to transform the Magic Villa Venecia Hotel, located in the centre of the old town and on the sea front (Place San Jaime), in the first 5 stars hòtelier establishment in the full heart of the centre.
In agreement with the plan of work, the workmen began to work immediately and that will last between five and six months, in order that the new Venecia Villa Hotel will be operational this summer. The customers will be able to enjoy the feelings which get a stay in a cosmopolitan and animated town, in a calm and great luxury hotel. The hotel plans to improve the installations, included until today in the 3 stars category. After work, the hotel will have on the last floor a spa, a swimming pool, a solarium and a leisures center open to the public of which one will be able to appreciate the most beautiful panoramic sight of Benidorm and his bay, in an exceptional frame.
The Magic Venecia Villa Hotel is located in a "seigneuriale" masonry of the beginning of 20th century and has 27 rooms. Thanks to this project, is launched the bet to obtain a hotel of quality in the heart of Benidorm, to offer an hotel specially built to be the best destination for a special week end. This concept fits into the tendency hotel shop, which is ideal for couples, incentives travels, and business travel but also for travellers who likes tranquillity, rest and personalized service. This renovation will include innovations in the gastronomical field, with the installation of a luxury restaurant at the bottom of the hotel with an public access where will be served the best meals in the open air.
An investment of two millions euros will allow to reach the objective of a new 5 stars hotel for Benidorm, in agreement with architecture project whom the Catalan company Estudio Decoracion Iniesta, recognized for its experiment, is in charged. The integrality of the existing ceramics will be preserved as well as the original vaults of the building. Rooms will be roomy, with bathroom and Jacuzzi from which it will able to contemplate without any difficulties the Benidorm bay in all his splendour.

Last 24th of November, the winners of our contest "WIN 10 YEARS OF FREE VACATIONS WITH MAGIC COSTABLANCA" have been selected by random drawing
